We often wait for the storm to pass before we sit down and rest.


We think healing begins after we’ve figured things out. After the breakdown. After we’re “okay.”


But the truth is:

Healing doesn’t begin in strength.

It begins in softness. In silence. In surrender.


You don’t need perfect morning routines, clean answers, or 5-step plans.


You just need a pause.


A breath.


A moment of honesty with yourself that says -

“I’m not okay. But I want to be.”


That’s the beginning.
